Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
When you choose to schedule a consultation, you are required to pay a non-refundable consultation fee. If you choose to proceed with the design process after the consultation this fee will go toward your design service fee.
Any order placed by a customer for an item(s) that is not in stock at our showroom is considered a Special Order. All orders must be paid in full before the order is placed. Once a payment is made you will be given an order number and receipt confirming payment information and order details.
Once your item(s) are in stock you will be contacted by your preferred contact method to pick-up your order.
For your protection, only the person named on the order is allowed to retrieve it. Please bring your receipt with you to the pick-up location.
Customer pick-ups are left in the original packaging for easier transport to your location, unless assembly is requested. You are responsible for inspecting all pick-up items prior to loading them into your vehicle, and noting any external signs of damage to our team.
We are not responsible for any negligence with damage to merchandise or securing merchandise into your vehicle, merchandise transport damage, accidents, or personal injuries once the merchandise has left the store location.
Warranties cover manufacturer issues with the product. Warranty does not cover damages to any product due to abuse, misuse, or any freight mishandling. The damage associated with a warranty is caused by an issue with the design, workmanship, or quality of materials. In order to determine the most effective resolution to any warranty claim we will require pictures that demonstrate the warranty claim.
**All warranties are subject to the furniture manufacturers terms. Seaux Chic Interiors is not a manufacturer, we are a authorized furniture retailer.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges on furniture, home accessories or clearance items. If you notice an imperfection on any merchandise please notify a member of our team.
Any furniture product issues must be a manufacturer defect and will be handled accordingly.
