Shipping Overview

Home decor and small accent furniture is shipped via USPS. Larger furniture products will be shipped by our freight courier.

Processing

We process orders Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm. Orders placed before 4pm will begin processing the same day, and will ship within 2-4 business days. Orders placed after 4pm will begin processing the next business day.


**If your order is placed on Friday after 4pm, it will begin processing on the following Monday.


**Please be sure to enter your correct shipping information to avoid order processing delays. If you notice an error after your order is placed please contact us immediately.

Tracking

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide. It will be active within 24 hrs or less. 

**Once you receive your tracking number we suggest that you sign-up for transit alerts via text or email

Delivery

USPS  standard delivery time is 1-3 days. 
Freight standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks.


**Freight delivery orders require a signature. Please inspect your items before you sign for your delivery.

 

**Please note some order delivery times may be delayed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to your address.

Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for furniture or home decor unless specified.

If you receive damaged home decor or furniture please take photos of the damaged item(s) then you must submit a claim for your damaged item(s).


**Contact us for assistance on how to submit a claim.


**We will only replace damaged items if your claim is deemed valid and successfully processed. If we do not have the item available, please allow time for product shipping.

All other furniture product issues must be a manufacturer defect and will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
